Which TV show did you love as a kid?
Star Trek – loved the adventures with the Klingons.  Beam me up Scotty.

Where’s your favourite place to eat?
I am an enthusiastic home cook and really enjoy having family and friends around. So home is my favourite place to eat.  But if we are eating out for a special treat then Dax on Pembroke Street is my number 1.

What’s the 1st thing you’d would you buy if you won the lotto?

I would buy a first class around the world trip so that I could attend every race of next year’s Formula 1 season with entry to the Paddock Club for the best access.

Chocolate or Crisps?

Both. How could you not have Tayto Cheese and Onion and Cadbury Caramel

Why did you choose this picture?

I cook to relax. I took a sabbatical from September to December 2022 and attended the Ballymaloe Cookery School. Lived my best life for 3 months, improved my skills and made some fantastic friends there.
