Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are now looking to add an experienced Financial Planner to the team. The successful candidate will be ambitious and self-motivated and hold previous experience in a similar position. This person will be keen for career growth and be looking for a company that can provide a long-term career path. Due to the size and reputation of this firm, there is an existing client base ready to be serviced, along with regular leads provided from other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Aside from reaching monthly targets through sales and activity KPIs, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with new clients and taking them from initial meeting through the financial planning process
• Identify needs and opportunities for new business and closing same
• Annual client reviews
• Getting the referrals you deserve from clients by doing great work for them
• Liaising with sector specialists and other planners in the firm
• Responding to client communications in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• QFA qualified
• Ideally 3 years’ + experience in a similar role
• Good technical Life & Pensions knowledge
• You’ll have excellent writing and communication abilities
• Can work unsupervised in your role, and be a team player
