Our company structure

At Rockwell, we have three departments working seamlessly together to help our clients achieve their financial goals. Our collaborative approach ensures that we provide tailored solutions that address individual needs. By fostering strong relationships and clear communication, we empower clients to navigate their financial journeys with confidence, making security and success accessible for everyone.

Operations

The backbone of Rockwell, responsible for managing day-to-day activities, optimising processes, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall business performance.

Sales

Our team of expert planners are dedicated to building customer relationships, generating leads, and working closely with other teams to drive revenue and meet targets.

Marketing

The creative minds behind promoting our products and services, building brand awareness, and contributing to the overall growth of Rockwell.

Finance

The finance department manages the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure effective use of resources and financial stability. Most importantly, the finance department ensures we are all paid on time each month.

Compliance

Our line of defence. The compliance department ensures the organization follows laws, regulations, and internal policies to mitigate risk and maintain ethical standards.

We also have a mortgage company, Humdinger Mortgages Limited. We collaborate closely with our mortgage experts to provide comprehensive solutions, ensuring our clients have the best protection products tailored to their needs.

Our Culture

We’re not just a company; we’re a community. At Rockwell, we have our very own sports and social committee organising quarterly outings. You have the option to contribute €10 per month, matched by us, ensuring you’re covered when events come around. If you prefer a more flexible approach, you can attend events on your terms.

Your First Week

Introduction to your team, workplace & role. You will be set up on our excellent learning management system where you will complete all the necessary training to get kickstarted on your new role.

Your First Month

Deeper engagement with team, completing most tasks independently with ongoing support from assigned mentor. Regular check ins.

Your First Quarter

Completion of core training. Goals set with manager. Independently processing work. Quarterly check ins with Learning and development co-ordinator for support & future progression.

How do we support you at Rockwell?

You will have a designated mentor to support you in your training and learning. You will have regular check ins with your manager & quarterly check ins with learning and development coordinator. We have two learning management systems available with internal resources, training & procedures as well as additional content for optional upskilling.

Our Learning Management System

Our LMS?

The LMS is a platform that organises, delivers, and tracks educational or training content. It is used for internal training & development. It allows Rockwell to create and manage courses, distribute materials, assess progress, and facilitate communication between instructors and learners.

Popular in both academic and corporate environments, an LMS provides tools for online classes, assignments, quizzes, and performance reporting, making it a central hub for digital learning and training.

Why we use an LMS?

It is an endless resource for processing tasks. There is one location for department procedures and useful information related carrying out your role. Additional upskilling courses are also available.

Having one source for procedure information reduces risk within the business. Personalized learning paths designed for your role. Course completion certificates. Gamification feature to incentive learning. Administration flexibility, allowing your L&D coordinator to tailer a course to your specific learning style.

Our Education Policy 

Within Rockwell, we encourage and support career development. Career Development is achieved through education & upskilling. Within reason & relevance, Rockwell will cover tuition for a course you will to take part in. Perhaps you want to take on qualified financial advisor degree or complete a course in management.
