Gilmore Girls! It is still very much a comfort show and always on repeat at home.

Stella Maris Hotel – Kilkee. Nothing beats their seafood chowder on a rainy summer day.

What’s the 1st thing you would buy if you won the lotto?

I would make sure my family were set up financially first of all and then buy a holiday home in Portugal.

Chocolate or Crisps?

If I had to choose it would be chocolate, but I love having the two of them together!
